In return, our ambassadors get early access to gear, some exclusive products, and a chance to be part of a close-knit outdoor community. What’s the Send It Ambassador Program All About?
The Send It Ambassador Program gives us a chance to engage with our customers in a real, meaningful way. We already attend live events all over the country, but we wanted to create a space where we could connect with our most loyal riders and adventurers—those who know firsthand the value of good gear. Our ambassadors spread the word about Send It, through word-of-mouth, social media, and just by doing what they love: getting on bikes and testing the shit out of our gear.
In return, we provide our ambassadors with new products, exclusive discounts, and the opportunity to offer feedback directly to us. We design our gear based on real-world use, so who better to help us improve than the people using it every day? Whether it's the Defender 15 Hydration Pack or our Reveler Gloves, we want to know how it holds up and how it can get better.

We’ve always been a rider-driven brand, and the feedback we’ve gotten from people out there using our products has helped us grow. We wanted to take it a step further and create a more formal way to keep those conversations going.
